Service Package - Complete New Setup of a Computer for Neuro- and Biofeedback

via telephone, TeamViewer, etc.

We recommend our service package if you need to set up a computer from scratch that was not purchased from Neurofeedback-Partner.

This service includes:

• Complete software installation (e.g., Brainmaster 3.0, Brain-Avatar 4.0 - for Atlantis and Discovery)
• Obtaining passkeys and installation keys for Z-values and activation/deactivation
• Correspondence via letter and email with the relevant departments to obtain the activation code
• TeamViewer session with one of our technicians

Procedure: First, send us a support request by email, describing the problem as precisely as possible. We will then contact you to arrange an appointment.
