How we handle data
What we collect
When you send us an enquiry via the contact form, or place an order via the cart, we process the data you provide (name, practice, email, phone, message content; for orders also the shipping address). It is used solely to handle your enquiry or order.
Payments (Stripe)
Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland). At checkout you are redirected to a Stripe page; Stripe processes your card and billing data directly. We do not store any card data ourselves. Stripe sets its own cookies during the checkout flow for fraud prevention. Stripe privacy notice: https://stripe.com/privacy
Hosting (Cloudflare)
The site is served via Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes connection data (IP address, user-agent, requested URL) short-term for delivery and abuse protection. No analytics cookies are used.
What we don't do
We do not run third-party tracking, do not set cookies outside the payment flow, and do not send a newsletter. We do not sell or share your data.
Retention
Enquiries that don't lead to an order are deleted after a maximum of 24 months. Order, accounting, and tax-relevant documents are retained in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (10 years).
Your rights
You may at any time request access, correction, or deletion of the data we hold about you (Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection / FADP, and GDPR where applicable). Requests: info@neurofeedback-market.ch.
